Composition:
Neumonil Forte NF: Each tablet contains:
Acetaminophen: 500mg
Chlorpheniramine Maleate: 2 mg
Dextromethorphan HBr: 10 mg
Phenylephrine hydrochloride: 5mg
Excipients: q.s.

Therapeutic Cathegory: Analgesic, antipyretic, antihistamine, antitussive, decongestant.

Indications for use: Neumonil Forte NF tablets contains acetaminophen to relief head ache, general uneasiness, and reduce fever, Chlorpheniramine to reduce lacrimation, itchy and runny nose, Dextromethorphan that is a cough suppressant and Phenylephrine that decongests respiratory tract,

Dosage and Instrucions:
Adults and children over 12 years old: take 1 or 2 tablets every 4 to 6 hours, not to exceed 8 tablets in 24 hours.
Children from 6 to 12 years old: take half or one tablet every 4 to 6 hours, not to exceed 4 tablets in 24 hours.

Cautions: Neumonil Forte NF: Consult before taking this medication if you are under medical treatment and in the following cases: pregnancy, lactation, hypertension, heart problems, persistent or chronic cough as in the case of smokers, asthma and enfisema or if cough is accompanied by excessive phlegm and in elderly patients. Do not consume alcohol. This product may cause drowsiness, if this happens, do not drive or operate heavy machinery. It can also cause nervousness, palpitations, insomnia and dry mouth. Usually these reactions disappear by reducing the dose, if they persist discontinue the treatment. At recommended doses, unwanted side effects are not observed. Use with caution in patients with renal or hepatic insufficiency. If symptoms persist, worsen or other symptoms appear, consult your doctor. Do not exceed recommended dose.

Warnings: Do not administer more than 5 consecutive days in children, or more than 10 days in adults, if pain persists, or for more than 3 days if fever persists.

Contraindications: Hypersensitivity to the components of the formula.

Interaction between drugs: Monoamine Oxidase Inhibitors, other Central Nervous System depressants.
