Indications for use: It is used in short-term treatments for anxiety disorders that appear alone or associated with insomnia.

Dosage:
Usual for adults:
Anxiolytic: Oral, 6 to 30 mg a day in divided doses.

Note: In severe cases it is possible to use doses up to 60mg

Weakened patients: Initially daily dose should not exceed 3mg in divided doses, carefully adjusting the dosage according to needs and tolerance.

Usual pediatric dose:
Anxiolytic: Children under 18 years old: Not established safety and efficacy.

Usual geriatric dose:
Anxiolytic: Oral, initially up to 3mg a day, carefully adjusting the dosage according to needs and tolerance.

Action: Anxiolyitic
