Each tablet contains:
Valerian standardized extract 100mg
Chamomile standardized extract 80mg
Passion Flower standardized extract 50mg

Indications for use: Insomnia treatment, anxiety states, stress and affliction.

Dosage:
Insomnia: 1-2 tablets one hour before bedtime
Anxiety: 1 tablet three times a day between meals.

Action: Natural tranquilizer
