Spasmoten Tablets

Active Ingredients:
Each tablet contains:
Chlordiazepoxide 5mg
Clidinium bromide 2.5mg

Indications for use: This association is indicated as adjunctive therapy in the treatment of peptic ulcer and in the treatment of Irritable Bowel Syndrome (Spastic Colon, Mucous Colitis).

Dosage:
Usual dose for adults
Oral, 1 or 2 tablets 1-4 times a day, from 30 to 60 minutes before meals and then adjust the dosage according to the needs and tolerance of the patient.
Weakened Patients: See common geriatric dose.
Prescription limit for adults: Up to a total of 8 tablets per day (40 mg chlordiazepoxide and 20 mg of bromide clidinium).
Usual pediatric dose: No dosage has been established.
Common geriatric dose: Oral, initially no more than 1 tablet twice daily, after and then adjust the dosage according to the needs and tolerance of the patient.

Action: Anxiolytic - Spasmolytic
